Boy do I feel stupid!!!

I am losing it.  Lookee what I found.  This is a door leading to a never used in the winter porch on the north side of my house.  When searching for the rooster rug, I NEVER looked in that direction.  MYSTERY SOLVED!!!  (Does anyone else have those kind of senior moments?)

My hooking game plan was to finish hooking little Rudie and then work on a UFO from years ago, but that darn Sue . . . and now Saundra . . . are tempting me with antique heart rugs.  Decisions, decisions.

We have been so damp, dreary and rainy for weeks.  Today there is a light coming from the sky and it is 47*.  I found this in my yard today and snowdrops always make me smile.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
Pug hugs 😊
Lauren

Finally saw sunlight here too but still have the lake and the ground is still mushy like a soaked sponge.
Glad the mystery of the missing rug has been solved. But am happy Sue and I have thrown you a curve with heart rug decisions. Maybe I'll need to have 'one of the side' too.

I'm glad that you found your rug exactly where you left it. lol... Mystery solved. It looks great in the rear entrance but I think it would also look great in the front entrance. I really like those earthy colors.

Oh dear, the crocuses are in a hurry. The seasons are getting mixed up. My potatoes were already sprouting in January in the cold room. They usually only start to sprout in the spring.

You make the best hearts.
Take care,
Hugs,
Julia

Yay!!! You found it! And, yup...I've had more of those senior moments than I care to or ever will admit to. I think you should do a heart rug. Rudi will keep...and the UFO will be waiting. (Yeah, enabling is another of my talents ;-) ) I just mentioned on Saundra's post that I don't think I will be doing any heart things this year. Usually I do at least some small stitched piece, or some paper thing...and I do have a heart rug design lurking somewhere, but just don't have the "heart" I guess. Whoa on the snowdrops. Way too early...for those and Saundra's crocuses. ~Robin~

Hurray! It’s been found! I’m just over 50 and yes
I have these moments. It’s always when I’m trying
to multitask. The snowdrops are beautiful- the promise
of Spring. Our only snowdrops are the ones on the
trees and yards. But they sure are beautiful

Well glad you found it anyway. I cannot say much as I have been having my own senior moments lately. I am blaming it on Winter. I sure did love Saundra's heart rugs she just posted. Janice

Right there with you on the memory issue. It's so pathetic. I have nightmares that one day I'm going to wake up and not remember a single password. Thinking of making a list. That of course will become a UFO, or I will not remember where I put the list.

I'm glad you found the rug!!

I love hearts. I have been collecting hearts in all kinds of forms for years.

I have those moments, all the time, lol. I am always finding things too, things I forgot I had. I saw your little heart piece, it came out nice. It is something you have to be in the mood for, I only make things when I feel inspired, a little side project I do once in a while.
Seeing the sun was the best today, but still cold here.

Well I had a good laugh at your expense! But so glad the missing roosters have been found! Like I always tell hubby, “it’s right where you left it”! But yes, I have done the same thing….look & look for something & it’s right in front of me being used for something!
