Happy Halloween ~

Longtime readers have seen my Halloween decorations many times before, but still want to share for those of you who might be new.

On the middle shelf all the papier mache items are vintage.

Vintage tin noisemakers.

I've had the ceramic pumpkin as long as I can remember.  The little pumpkin was painted by son "Billy" in 1987 at 8 years of age.  The adorable scarecrow is one of my favorite pieces painted by my dear mom.

The samplers are all reproductions I stitched back in the 80's.

I painted the gourds in 2007.

Mostly stuff painted by my mom :)

Feather tree.

Fun rug purchased on eBay.

Isn't he just the sweetest?  A mohair creation from The Beary Patch purchased a few months ago.

I just love that sweet face.

I'm hoping the rains stop by this evening for Trick-or-Treat.  I sure don't need 250 pieces of candy left in my house!

Thanks so much for stopping by.
Pug hugs :)
Lauren

See see see...that is why I had to design and hook my mache jacks mat. I'm very envious of your fantastic collection. What I haven't ever seen is the purchase flying skeleton, what a hoot.

You do have a wonderful collection of Halloween memorabilia for sure.

As always, I love your amazing Halloween decor. And I especially love the little glimpses of your lovely home. The samplers are amazing... I had no idea you had stitched so many!! And I don’t recall that cute black cat rug. Happy Halloween to you!!

I always love seeing your Halloween decorating -- any decorating, actually. So fun! We have the same sort of weather -- rainy and blustery. The kids seem to be coming though, anyway. Still might end up with way too much candy, but yeah.

Your Halloween decorations are lovely. I know Halloween is a big thing in our city but I haven't decorated this year. I enjoy looking at other's decorations so I don't have to take them down. We didn't get a single Trick or Treater. How nice that you still have some Halloween decorations from your mom.
Happy Halloween.
Hugs, Julia

You really do have some awesome collections! I think my favorite are the noisemakers! You don't see many of them very often.
