Off to Another Protest ~

I feel so fortunate to be heading off to yet another hookers' protest, once again in Millersburg, OH.  Organized by the same hooker as the retreat, this is a two day class with Caroline Twigg of Eagles' Nest Woolens.  I've had her before and she is just so much fun 😊

As always, I agonized over a pattern choice and finally decided on Anne Nichols 1847 Turkey which has been on my bucket list for many years and on linen for two.

Progress has been made on Jack's Crow but I thought I'd be done by now . . . sigh.  I just don't know where the time goes.

Have I mentioned I hate change?  Well, this new blogger interface is giving me fits!!!  I don't want to resort to the old because that will soon disappear.  😡😡😡  I finally figured out how to delete a picture.  That took a while.  Font size is also an issue imho.  "Normal" is smaller than I like, but this next size is too big.

Thanks so much for stopping by (and listening to me whine).
Pug hugs :)
Lauren

Great progress on Jacks Crow, that might be what I do next. Well at least your protests have been peaceful ones. You aren’t toppling statues, stopping traffic, hurting police or burning up the city. Have fun. Oh, you mean the old and present interface I’m using will come to an end???

Love both the rug designs you have chosen. I started a big rug, but slow progress as I need to finish my Halloween projects for our store. Hope you once again have fun at your next protest! Janice

I have that turkey in punch needle! I'm struggling with the new blogger--if it isn't broke stop messing with it.

I guess I need to learn the new. I hate change too.

Crow boy is adorable. I have trouble with thread colors so choosing wool strips for projects and imagining how their patterns with look in little loops would have me in a tizzy for weeks.

Shaker Woods is starting next weekend and I am surprised. The vendors aren't allowed to use their cabins and all wares must be outside. Makes it easy for the lowlifes to increase their pilfering. Moving it into the cabins at night for security and then back out is a lot of work. I doubt we will attend, but I'll bet people are anxious to get out and they will have great attendance.

Oooye....As you know, I am still using the "old" version....and am resisting all and every temptation to click that "try new blogger" button. Maybe they will not force the new on us. If so, you know I will be the absolute last person to convert...and will be kicking and screaming all the way. Yay for another protest outing! Our EverStupid governor just issued a mandatory mask order, so ain't nothing going on in these parts. Glad I have a hook fix down the road. I really love the wool choices you did for Jack's Crow. Were those ones you dyed yourself?? I am trying to resist the temptation to get that pattern at least until I have a handle on the Wretched Whale.... Behave yourself... On second thought, don't....raise a little heck. ;-) ~Robin~
