Do you remember the Big Mouth Billy Bass from the late 90's? The singing fish whose mouth moved to the lyrics and body swayed? Who sang Take Me to the River and Don't Worry, Be Happy? I have had one sitting on a basement shelf since I moved here at the end of 1999. Yesterday I decided to check him out. I figured he would be totally corroded from batteries that were never removed (a bad habit of mine). Can you believe the batteries still worked? He'd turn on but didn't turn off properly. I removed the batteries and tried the DC adapter that was miraculously near where BMBB has resided for all these years and it works perfectly. A little Glass + to remove years of dust and he is ready to head to Las Vegas when I visit my son Bill in a couple weeks.

These were hard to get ! I purchased one and had it in the mudroom , it drove us crazy as the kids would go in & out ...LOL
