Nary a Loop . . .

. . . has been pulled in forever.  As usual, I am having a hard time keeping up with life and yard and trying to make things for rug week vending at Sauder Village in August.  This is what my dining room table . . . aka craft room table . . . has looked like for weeks.  Ack!  Good thing I live alone because even I can't stand the chaos.

I had to add a card table at the end to hold it all.

So . . . with no hooking happening, I will share a few more flowers blooming in the yard.

I wish I was like Julia and knew the names of the daylilies.

I am simply amazed how quickly a stray hair can emerge 😛

Happy Saturday.
Thanks so much for stopping by.
Pug hugs 😊

I feel exhausted just looking at all the potential work you have to do with all that stuff on your table. There are days that I feel energized but today, I'm exhausted just thinking about all the work I have to do myself in the gardens. I'll never get ahead with all this rain. Sorry about complaining about the frequent rain but the rain keeps chasing me in. It's sunny today so I had to pull my big girl panties and get to it while the sun is shining.

I haven't pulled a loop since last Sunday and I'm OK with that.

Oh, what a pretty daylily. The reason I know the name of a lot of my daylilies is because they were purchased from a catalog 20 years ago, and they were all labeled. I kept the information on each plant for future reference.

Take care and enjoy your crafty creations.
Hugs,
Julia

Yeah, GT... I echo MD's comment.... My table kinda always looks like that....but I don't have room for a card table at any end. Good thing Snowdog and I eat in the living room. But, hey...looks like you are making headway on the inventory so I won't have to bug you about it. 😂 Such beautiful blooming things... You have one of the greenest thumbs around I swear. That day lily, though, is one of the most usual I have ever seen. My first Echinacea bloomed today... ~Robin~

Years ago, when I killed my third Coneflower, pink was the only option. I've seen beautiful colors this year. Nice coverlet pieces on the table, looks like you'll have a nice selection of wares. You can hook later!

Summer is flying by & we are in full prepping mode for Sauder! I’m trying to step back a little bit each day & enjoy the beauty of our flowers & the sunshine! I’m not cutting back on my daily walks with Bella & Sammi to keep some peace in my life! I’m loving all your goodies you are working on in your “studio”! See you soon!

I love looking at your works in progress. Hopefully you will show us some of the finished products! I love your woven coverlet pieces. Do you get large ones and cut them or were you ale to find some smaller pieces. I have been looking for some around where I live but haven't been fortunate enough to find them. Creativity is not an organized process!

I don't know the names of most of my flower varieties either. Then again, quite a few were not labeled with variety when I got them. Tags left with the plants got broken and lost.

It looks like quite a project getting ready for the vending week, hope it goes well for you, both preparations and sale.

@Marly - those new colors of coneflower are pretty, but in my limited experience they don't seem nearly as determined to live as the old fashioned pinky-purple ones. Maybe they've improved on that over the years though?

I do find it harder to get things done in the summer, always something to do, inside and out.

What happy flowers! Coleus seems to be having a banner year here too! I started a Halloween rug when we had a cool streak last week but have abandoned all now for the heat
