A Happy Sad Day ~

A look back at Cindy Lou Who ~

Yesterday . . . Cindy went to her furever home.  A really sad day for me.  Fostering is bittersweet.  I grow attached to each foster and consider adopting her myself (a foster failure), but decide to let her go so I can help another pug in need.

Cindy with her new puggle sister, Molly.  The picture is deceptive.  They are almost identical in size.

Thank you so much for following along on Cindy's journey to her new life.  No more pain/discomfort from a bladder stone.  No more babies.  Just health and happiness.  Godspeed, Cindy Lou Who.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
Pug hugs :)

I think that I am going to cry. Loved CLW’s story so much. You are such a good foster mom. Don’t think that I could do it, but I understand why you do.

Hooraaayyyyy for Cindy Lou! I hope it works well for her. She's the first dog I've seen in a long time that's made me think maybe... another dog would not be a bad thing. But not quite yet.

I can imagine how hard it is to let her go, but so wonderful that she has a home and you have room to help another.

And THAT, my friend, is why you are the good twin. Wow....I can’t imagine letting go after the “bonding” has happened....but I so get why and love you to pieces for it’s. If only there were more people like you in the world with hearts as big. I hope another comes your way soon so the empty space CLW has left won’t be quite so large. And poor Ernestine....she will miss her terribly as well... {{{HUGS}}}. Robin

If my eyes weren't dried up there would have been tears. Ernestine will miss her but hopefully welcome another friend soon. I hope she does well with her new family. Must be hard on them to get attached and then to foster and then to home, but so worth it!
