Just a quickie update to show my progress on Yellow Bird, started in September of last year. I was trying very hard not to hook in my normal, orderly fashion on the blocks on either side of the design. Trying to make them a little wonky. I somewhat succeeded π
That's it for today. The sun was shining today in northern Ohio, a rare occurrence in January. Tomorrow rain is forecast for a good part of the day. What a sloppy mess it will be. Bitterly cold weather a couple days next week. If you don't like the weather in Ohio, stick around for a day and it will change!
A friend said this was AI generated and I don't doubt it (it's getting harder and harder to tell what is real), but it still cracked me up!

Sorry to say there's no way you could ever do anything wonky. It's Friday and guess you have cleaned up the Christmas decorations and house is back to normal. Now you can finish Yellow Bird.
Here we are getting milder temps tomorrow, turning to rain then snow. Colder temps with a prediction of between 1-3 inches here. Give me a break!!! I hate snow and it has been so cold the snow has turned to ice.
OH, forgot to mention that AI might be good in some ways but definitely trust LESS the pictures seen on FB and elsewhere. Think it will cause legal issues in the future.
Absolutely, positively, ROTFLMAO here. Wonky?????? You???? You're delusional. (You'd be surprised how often your name is invoked at hooking soirees here in Nod. ;-) ). Yellow Bird is looking wonderful (even if you fell woefully short of your "wonky" ambitions). We're under a severe winter weather advisory here starting tomorrow due to the cold temps. -35ΒΊ windchills, blah blah blah... Hope my truck starts Monday as I have my oral surgery... I've dreaded it for so long now, I don't want to have to start all over again. ~Robin~
Yellow bird looking good. The colors you chose for this are so very nice. I dont see any wonkyiness though. Your hooking is always so perfect to me. We are on tap for rain turning over to freezing rain back to snow tomorrow. Not looking forward to the polar vortex coming in next week. BRRR Janice
