Jacks are all back in the attic and the turkeys have come down to roost for a few weeks.
My primitive hooked tree is done and I absolutely love how it turned out. The tree is 21" tall and the skinning board is 28 1/2" tall and 8 1/2" at the widest point.
A close up showing more of the true grungy colors. I used 6-8 greens of all shades.
Brenda . . . so sorry our paths didn't cross. I hope you can make it to Gathered Treasures on Saturday. Please send me your email address so I can respond directly to you.

Those are the cutest shugs or would they be pheeps? Either way adorable and good sports. I am oohing and aaahing over your tree. Perfection! Those two pieces were meant for each other.
Did you hook with hand torn wool for the tree? Cute pic of the pugs.

Nice tree! I have a short board like that. But where?
How do you do that???! You are making (absolutely amazing) things for shows, blogging, vending, AND your jacks are put away AND you have turkeys coming to roost??? What the heck woman. I'm going to start calling you SuperTwin. I've not even thought about putting Halloween away...I will be lucky if it's done by Christmas. Cute shugs/pheeps. (Love Maureen's tags LOL)
