They Say It's Only a Number ~

We may be needing a sled, too :)

But how did it get to be such a big one?  I am now Medicare +1.  My #2 bad boy just turned 37 and #1 will be 39 this summer.  I am trying to figure out where the time has gone.  Seriously, though, I am thankful for every day that I have my health (and a hot shower in the morning).

The card my sweetie made for me.  This just cracked my up :)

Finished my little scrappy mat and readied it for binding.

Spring sure hasn't yet sprung and there's a good chance for snow tonight.  Welcome to Ohio.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
Pug hugs :)
Lauren

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Lauren. Those birthdays have a way of sneaking up on us no matter how much we want to hold back the clock. Hey! That a cute card.

It's just a number and you're right but I'm starting to feel my age this winter/spring. I'm no spring chicken even though I try to be one, lol.

Yay for you for finishing that cute scrappy rug.
Hugs, Julia

Time does seem to fly by, but when I look back at all the years and the things I have done, I realize, I had a full, long life so far. Your rug came out beautifully, nice mix of shades.

Happy Birthday Lauren. It sure isn't Spring here in No. Ohio today. The poor Easter bunny would have a hard time getting around.

Love your mat.

Happy B'day Lauren. I have ten more days 'til I have mine. One more year and I will be leaving the 70's behind me... My grandchildren keep me young and they are the best part of it all. Your scrappy rug is wonderful. Love the clipped corners.

Happy belated birthday!! Yes, it is just a number. LOL Once in a while, I listen to myself talk. I do not sound a bit different that I did 40 years ago. LOL Now, looking in the mirror tells a different story... It's funny, my 25th birthday broke my heart. Now that I'm hitting the back side of 50, doesn't faze me at all. LOL

That is such a sweet card. I think he's a keeper!

Love, love, love that mat. If I ever start rug hooking, it will be all your fault. LOL
