Betsy Style ~

Happy holiday weekend to you!  I am so lucky to have a three day weekend and I hope to accomplish much, but so far I don't have a single thing - no matter how small - to cross off my to-do list.  I am such a list maker.  I would get NOTHING done if it wasn't written down!
Last evening I finally finished, I mean really FINISHED (well, except for the label ~ smile) one of my "Betsy style" hand torn pumpkins.  I think it came out pretty cool.  Only four more to go . . . sigh.

In my last post I showed some rugs and said to guess who hooked them.  I'm sorry if I caused any confusion.  It was not me!  It was Maria Barton of Star Rug Company.  She has the most wonderful, whimsical patterns ~ and is a real sweetie!  If you ever have a chance to take a class from her, jump at the opportunity.  You won't be disappointed!

I had a few people interested in the applique pattern and Denise, a long time reader, had her name chosen.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
Pug hugs :)
Lauren

Lauren, your pumpkin turned out beautiful. I like how you finished the back too. Having it reversible is an added bonus.

I'm a list person too, it's the only way to stay on course and get things done.

Have a wonderful Labor Day weekend .

Like your wide looped punkin' and how you finished the back. I forget the size and what you're going to use them for? Hot pads, chair pads, mug mats, table decorations for fall? I see all these cool things people are hooking and I want to hook them too. But OMG, where's the time????

You are such a creative lady!
I like the muted colors too.

Please come over to my blog and read about my challenge - I'm asking anyone who has a blog to tell us all how you came up with the name of your blog and how long you have been doing it.
So come on over and join in.

Blessings,
Karen
