Snow folk ~

Since we are less than a week away from Christmas, I thought I'd better show some of my Christmas "stuff".  Year to year my decorating is very similar, but some things are changed around a bit and there are a few new additions 😁

Today I will start with my snow folk!

These are in the living room at the base of the stair.

Hanging above the snowmen shown above.

A vintage snowman snow globe.

Can you tell I like wall boxes?

A Kelly Belfast rug won years ago.

Snow folk tree in the upstairs bath.

Hooked and constructed in a class many years ago.

And my only blow mold Snowman.

On the little landing leading to the basement.

Hanging on my drapery stretcher.

What a busy time of year.  Thankful that I started decorating early because I have been gone so much lately I would be crazy-stressed by now had I not.  About the only things left to do are grocery shop (one of my least favorite tasks!) and polish the silver.  I only use it at Christmas so it needs a bit of cleaning.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
Pug hugs 😊
Lauren

My favorite snow folk in the first photo is the snowman made with Warm and Natural with a top hat on the right hand side. He's cute.
Don't recall ever seeing the handsome snowman you made in class. Great work again.

You can share your wonderful things over and over and over again. I never tire of looking at them. Your snowman collection sure is wonderful. I do not have any vintage ones myself. You could keep these out all Winter and enjoy them even more. Janice

I've been waiting for you to start showing your Christmas!! You never disappoint...and, like Janice said, you could show over and over and I've never tire of seeing it. Everything looks like I've seen it for the first time. Either bad memory or amazing stuff....I'm going with the latter (and you better too.... ;-) ) I don't think I've ever seen your hooked snowguy! LOVE him!! Those cheeks!!! You're so ahead of "my game.". Wait...I don't even have a game. :-( (And...wow on the snowglobe. Amazing it has water in it and not discolored.)

Fantastic snow people collection! My total decorating effort this year was getting out the snow globe that is stored on the attic steps (I fear it will freeze & shatter if in the attic with rest of decorations). Maybe next year....
