It is the
VETERAN,
Not the campus organizer,
Who has given us freedom to assemble.
Not the campus organizer,
Who has given us freedom to assemble.
It is the
VETERAN,
Not the lawyer,
Who has given us the right to a fair trial.
It is the
VETERAN,
Not the politician,
Who has given us the right to vote.
It is the
VETERAN who
Salutes the Flag.
VETERAN who
Salutes the Flag.
ETERNAL
REST GRANT THEM O LORD,
AND
LET PERPETUAL LIGHT
SHINE UPON THEM.

My son-in-law is an army Captain, West Point Grad. and has already served in Iraq and Afghanistan. I am so proud of him...and he is only 27 years old. Also the "father " to 2 little pugs, Edward and Boo.
Thanks to all the veterans that proudly served.

Ditto what you and Denise said. Denise took the words right off my fingers.

Absolutely true. I also like the bumper sticker
"If you can read this,
thank a teacher.
If it's in English,
thank a veteran".
