I did finish Liberty. Woo hoo. Two more patriotic pieces in the works, but I am happy I got this one done. Steamed and bound. The label will come later.

I know everyone is dealing with the heat. I like summer, but this is too stinkin' hot!!!
The birds have been enjoying the birdbath. It needs a good cleaning, but it doesn't seem to bother them.

Congrats on your Liberty piece. Those bird baths get so dirty so fast and I empty mine and put in fresh water but the next day the water is low and dirty so do it all over again. It is oppressively HOT and humid outside. My smart thermostat said it reached 107 outside and tomorrow is supposed to be worse than today.
Me again, I love the worn look of the red. Where did you get it or did you over dye it?
