. . . maybe I could get more done on my very long to-do list!!!
Tuesday was my monthly Soup & Pie get together an hour and a half from home. And yes, we get fed soup and pie by the ever-so-gracious Andrea of Elderberry Marsh.
Today I attended a hook in put on by my favorite rug shop. Wool heaven. Here are pictures of the vendor booths.

Although I had no intentions of buying any wool (yeah right!), I came home with about 7 yards of wool. How can a hooker resist $10 a yard bolt wool? I know I couldn't. One yard was a gift from Sue who won a door prize of six yards of the sale wool.
Tomorrow another trek an hour plus away for the Hook & Thread Society bi-monthly get together. I am so fortunate to be able to do what I do. Ohio is truly a hooking mecca.
One evening DSO and I went to an exhibit downtown Cleveland at the Western Reserve Historical Society. Then yesterday two hookers from southern Ohio who were attending the hook in stopped by for a couple hours and then off to dinner with them.
WHEW!!!
One of these days I will show progress on my camp rug from January!!!
Thanks so much for stopping by.
Pug hugs 😊

Oh my stars what beautiful eye candy! How could anyone say no to Soup and Pie! Two of my fav things 🥰 what fun!
Ohio i s also an antique prim show mecca. Sometimes I wish I lived in your state. Soup and pie sounds wonderful and I would have came home with wool myself. Janice
That sounds like a very fun week and the best part is most things on a to-do list will wait for you.
No way I could have resisted $10/yd for off the bolt wool. I'd have brought home yardage also.
Wow what a Bargain for those Beautiful wools !!!! You have so many Fun things to go to , don't feel bad , Enjoy every minute !!! The pictures of the booths look so nice !!!! Keep having Fun !!!!
Enjoy the fun, the work can wait.
I don't have that much social fun in a year...and I'm being completely serious. Envious as I am of your adventures, I couldn't handle it. Great deal on the wool; of course it had to come home with you. And, of course, sign me up for soup any day. Pie isn't a favorite of mine unless it has a graham cracker crust. ;-)
What a lovely time you are having. 10.00 a yard! Crazy good!
Cathy
I know I couldn't resist all that beautiful wool and great price. Love the plush, thicker ones, those will be great to work with.
