Did I Need Another Pattern?

Well, of course not😂.  A few years ago I purchased this snowman pattern to hook and mount on a vintage ironing board.  I bet you know the answer to "did she actually hook it?".

So then I found this sweet Santa pattern from Woolen Heirlooms while at the Shipshewana hook in.  He is 38" tall.  I thought it would be perfect for the other vintage ironing board that I have, that actually was a built in in my grandma's kitchen.  I do remember seeing it there as a very young child.

So, will I get either hooked before that upcoming season that I won't even mention?  Your guess is about as good as mine.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
Pomsky hugs (they will be going home later today) 😊

I have a wooden ironing board in my sewing room. It is covered and I've used it for years for ironing projects. Am sure it will go to the dump when I'm gone and I've no plans to hook a Santa to place on it for the upcoming nameless holiday.

Those are both beautiful pieces and using the iron board, makes a wonderful mount for the Santa.

Now me? I'd be glad to prod you into hooking Santa for this Christmas. Yeah, I'm just helpful like that. But it will be so cute when completed.

I hope you get them both completed as they will look awesome on the boards. A great way to re-purpose. Janice

They are both so cute. You could try. Sometimes a looming deadline is a nice kick in the a** and sometimes it's a wet blanket. There is always another "season" coming around so I say please yourself.
