I was remiss in taking pictures at rug camp (so what else is new?) other than during our throw down of rugs being hooked. Rugs were not marked, and even if they had been, I would not be nearly as efficient as Saundra in letting you know the pattern and who hooked it.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Of course, more to share in a later post.
Pug hugs 😊

I have attended other rug camps where no labels were printed. So what people did is put their NAME TAG on the rug they were hooking for identification. It really is more fun to give credit to the hooker and designer so we can buy the pattern too. So guess there were only 10 attendees there? Not sure which one is my favorite yet but the Rabbit is a close winner.
Once again the ladies at these rug camps are just amazing! Those bunnies are my fav, however that Santa...WOW Janice
I'm not techy either and can't understand why your phone photos are corrupted. I hope that you can sort out the problem out that someone can help you. I think my favorite rug has to be the second one, the little house with the pumpkins and flowers. Something Memories, I forgot the name.
I agree with Saundra that a paper label with the name of the designer, the name of the rug, and the name of the rug hooker is a great idea. It's quick and easy and it's nice to see all this information.
Thanks for the rugs in progress show.
Hugs, Julia
I am not good at that either but you got some good pictures they are all wonderful! I have the chicken pattern I bought years and years ago. Love the cabin with the tree in the window and the candle.

When I go to quilt shows, I usually take a photo of the tags also, but if no tags are on the rugs - I have no idea how you'd keep track of who did which rug. Then again, when I take quilt show photos, 99% of the time it's strictly for my own inspiration, not to put on my blog or anywhere, so keeping track isn't such a big deal.
Since your photos are fine after sending them to yourself, I *suspect* it's a software issue with whatever you used to get photos from the phone. Check settings on computer and phone? Reload the software?? In my case iPhotos decided it didn't want to recognize jpg format any more. And a phone update changed saving photos from jpg to heir format. WTH?! With all the other issues cropping up with outdated software, I finally gulped hard and am now dealing with setting up new computer, and feeling totally inept. Why is it showing the bookmarks and reminders from the phone? Dare I delete those on the computer, will it also delete from the phone? Why do they think everyone wants the same things available on phone and computer? Why! Why? Whyyyyyy?!?!?!?!??! Ugh.
OH WHAT FUN; HOW WONDERFUL; LOVE THEM ALL; THANKS SO MUCH FOR SHARING!
sigh... that should have been jpg to heic format. damned auto file, now to go find that setting and change it.
GAAAHHHH! auto fill not auto file. :-<
Oh wow...easy to pick my favorites here...starting with the Woolen Memories (?.....sorry when you opt to comment you can't see your post any more and if you go back to the post you start over with commenting - anyways, the 2nd one w/ the pumpkins), and then the next 3. Those rabbits are absolutely AMAZING!!! (But, eek....I don't want to even think about hooking that little chaplet/flower crown....or the count it will be hooked in. Once again I wish so that I could see these rugs finished!! Not sure about your photo issue...perhaps your pc software is outdated? Or not compatible? Yeah...easy to say, but not so much to resolve. Sorry. ~et~
Great looking rugs. I love them all. I was supposed to go to a rug hook in in New York last weekend, but the border is still closed for Canadians driving over. I sure hope that will change soon. I am getting withdrawl. Missing all of those shows that I love to go to.
Lauren, you have a Google account (hence Blogger) and you can rig your phone to automatically upload your phone photos to Google Photos. You can take your phone to your provider and hand it over and ask them to rig it up, or call and get some help, if it is daunting a task. You can also have it upload to Google Drive but Google Photos has many trick features for cropping and enhancing/correcting photos, and it's all free. Also, you can get a transfer cable and plug one end to the computer, one end to the phone, and transfer them into your Pictures folder or any folder you designate. I hope this helps! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the photos, I am madly in love with that first BUNNY! Wowzer.
More beautiful rugs !!!
