This is what northern Ohio might look like in the morning. The rain is supposed to turn to snow with a possible accumulation ~ and then Sunday the high will be 73*.

Good thing I had guild meeting today because I have had nothing to blog about. I am still working on the hit and miss border on my scrappy crosses rug but nothing worth showing. I am finally more than half done but it is slow going. I've found very little time to pull loops and I find it difficult to hook on a rug this size. I don't know how people hook really large rugs!
Here are the finishes that were shared. This is one talented bunch of hookers :)
Thanks so much for stopping by.
Pug hugs :)

Lots of fun pieces, I am missing rug hooking from seeing so many beautiful rugs. I need to finish binding my old ones and maybe start one I can use in a room with no pets;)

Lots of talent in your group. There is something wonderful about the rug with the lady looking out over the bay. Thought provoking.
ReplyDeleteMaybe I'm just longing for that weather ! ;)

What a delightful pumpkin doll named Agatha ~ nice play on words. The gal did a fantastic job of the pumpkin people and adore what she did to the background, pocket watch, etc. All great rugs.... might one day do what the gal did to the hit and miss blocks too.
ReplyDeleteI love that eagle too. We have so many eagles around here now, maybe I should hook one but I'm just feeling so lazy lately. Maybe I'm getting old or cabin fever or both. lol...

So many beautiful rugs! I love the background on the Mr & Mrs Pumpkin...and the colors and design are eye catching in the rug with the orangey-red window pane style to it! Great way to start a Saturday1 :-)
