For Christmas, my son J and his girlfriend Crystal gifted me a Cricut Maker. Initially, I tried to do a few things with it, but with Sauder looming, it just sat there. I didn't even remember how to turn it on. Technology and I don't play nice together. Last night Crystal came and gave me a crash course on making ornaments. When she was here, I muddled through one . . . but today I had to put on my big girl panties and figure it out. Normally I write everything down, but this time did not. Through trial and error, I did it!!!
The ornaments start out like this . . .
A few little pinkeeps I made.
Cute ornaments and hope you take a bunch because I think they will be a winner.
ReplyDeleteI love those ornaments. I never did learn to use the one I had but it was given to me and it was an old one. I wonder if the new ones are better. Well I bet you are so busy, and you found time to blog. I hope you have a wonderful time and sell lots of stuff.
ReplyDeleteReally nice! I still have no idea how to use Cricut. Heck of a nice gift for you!
ReplyDeleteCute idea !!! Have a Wonderful time at Sauder !!! Sell everything you made !!!!
ReplyDeleteLove them! I've been tempted to look into Cricuts but, dang...they have whole AISLES full of gidgets and gadgets for them ... talk about rabbit holes. EEEK. I don't need one more to fall into. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your creations though! ~Robin~
ReplyDeleteSuperb ornaments. You could also fill them with wool snippets !
ReplyDeleteI don't have a Cricut. As Robin said - $oooo muuuuuch $tuuuuuff available for it. The last thing I need is another hobby with lot$ of things to find a home for. Paying someone to make things would probably be a wiser move than buying my own setup and supplies.
ReplyDeleteI like your ornaments!
Love your quote! My daughter has one of those and does all kinds of things. I love the ornaments.
