Thanks to all who entered my little 12 year give-away. I had many people interested . . . and the winner is Coke. Congrats. You have three days to contact me 😉 In addition to the necklace and scissor fob, I am also sending a little kitty needle/pinkeep.
If you are interested in making your own little kitty, the free pattern can be found here.
Remember a few posts back I talked about the midges ~ aka muffleheads ~ that are prevalent near the shores of Lake Erie every year at this time? This year they lasted much longer than usual. Here is what it looks like when you run in to a swarm of them on a motorcycle. My son said it looked like fog ahead. I wonder if he is still picking them out of his teeth 😁.
If anyone is interested in one of the welcome heart necklaces, I do have some for sale. Only one sold at yesterday's hook in (but one is better than none). They are $27 each which includes first class shipping with tracking (but no insurance).
Thanks so much for stopping by.
Pug hugs 😊
Lauren
Oh my! That's a serious mess of Midges. I hope that they are done for the season.
ReplyDeleteCongratulation to the lucky winner. That little kitty has such a sweet face.
Take care and happy gardening.
Hugs, Julia
GROSS!!!! Hope he was wearing a helmet! Our 'squiters can be just as bad at times unfortunately....especially around woods or water...and if you're around both, you might not come out alive. Congrats to Coke on a great win! You have the best giveaways Girl.... I have had that needlekeep pattern printed out ever since Wendy first posted it and just looked at it again a month or so ago. Not sure why I haven't done it yet...maybe because I have no black wool....and a kitteh's just gotta be black. Thanks for the fun opportunity! ~Robin~
ReplyDeleteYikes! That looks awful, I can't image cleaning that mess off bike and person. Does the season for them end soon?
ReplyDeleteCongrats to Coke. Funny but I was going to mention that I knew someone who would love the kitty pinkeep, turns out Robin already has the pattern. Yuck on those bugs and also hope your son was wearing a face mask on that helmet.
ReplyDeleteOMG those Bugs are Gross !!!! Congrats to Coke too !!!! That little Kitty is too cute too !!! Hope all your sweet necklaces sell !!!!
