The End ~

Here are the last of the rugs from Sauder that I will be posting.  There were so many more rugs, but I think I've shown enough . . . lol :)

I love seeing differing versions of the same rug.  This antique adaptation is on my very long hooking bucket list.

Here are a couple other items from the show.  Not hooked but wonderful nonetheless.

Of course it's obvious this is a Maggie Bonanomi applique.

This punch needle piece was stunning.  I wish I had measured the size but I know it wasn't very large and the detail is magnificent.

Happy weekend to you.
Thanks so much for stopping by.
Pug hugs :)
Lauren

  2. I'd be in sensory overload with all the wooly goodness of the rug show. Many you shared are wonderful yet not something I'd hook. However, it is incredible to see the talent and work involved to do it. Thanks for the show.

  3. Again thanks so much Lauren for taking care of us who never make it to the Sauder Village rug show by bringing some of your favorite rugs from the show to us. I have seen some other categories of rugs through other rug hookers and I'm just in awe of all the talents out there.

    Hugs,

  7. Such inspiration. I know that standing in front of them is person is really important. I am so glad you took pictures of them. When I went to my first and only rug show a couple of years ago, I was just overwhelmed by the beauty. I was a brand new at hooking, and at the time, I thought I would never be able to do this. Now, I can appreciate it better. So I am so glad you keep posting pictures. Have a lovely weekend.
