And Yet More ~ ~ ~

Here are a few more rugs from the show at the ATHA Biennial.  There were many more that I failed to photograph.  The talent displayed was just unbelievable.

I will end the ATHA Biennial rug show with a few of the rugs of Magdalena Briner hooked by Evelyn Lawrence who co-authored a book with Kathy Wright about this very prolific hooker.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Pug hugs :)
Lauren

  1. That's the end? No more?? I could have gone on for months looking at these amazing rugs (and YES, there's something else I SHOULD be doing...but couldn't resist!!) Gotta say - the kitty rugs are my fav's....Thanks, Lauren, for struggling through your photo upload issues to bring these to us....Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin

  6. Good pictures that even my gal pal Shari didn't capture. I think the little girls in the boat is cute as the dickens. And, even tho it is not a piece I would hook nor one that would work in my home, the Eagle and Wolf is a work of art and very creative.

And of course I adore those Magdalena rugs. Thanks Lauren.

  15. Oh Lauren:
The Magdalena rugs are my very favorite. You can just sit and study them forever! We all have these blah colored wool pieces in our closets...........I wish I was talented enough to do one of these rugs. Someday!
    Thanks for sharing.
