If it weren't for bad luck ~ ~ ~

~ ~ ~ I'd have no luck at all! Friday I accidentally smacked my digital camera in to a kitchen cupboard. Uh, oh. It stopped working. I set it in the camera dock and tried it again later. Oh, good. It's working again so I take it to the Akron Pet Adoptathon hoping to get lots of pictures. I'm sure you've figured by now that it's no longer working :( I decide to take a few pictures with the phone. I've never tried downloading pics from the phone to the computer. Even with the help of my DSO, it's not working. The computer just won't read the information. So....I did buy a new camera today, but need to charge the battery and figure out how to work the darned thing.
I was determined to blog today, so I thought I'd share pictures from the 2008 rug show at Sauder Village. I hope you enjoy the show!

Thanks for dropping by. Please stop in again soon.
Pug hugs :)
Lauren

  1. Lauren ~ Sorry about your camera! I just noticed yesterday that I may have left my digital camera at my granddaughter's school after her pre-school spring program last week. Now I need to find a way to contact them to see if someone found it...aarrggghhh! I need a keeper!!

    Enjoy your new camera!

Thanks for sharing the wonderful rug pix!

  2. Thanks for sharing this beautiful collection of rug photos. Not great news about your camera though. It does take some trial and error to figure out all the quirks of a new one. I wasted a whole morning of great shots with one stupid wrong setting.

  3. So happy your camera is working...I think that is as bad as our computers out of comission - don't you! lol What would we do without either of them.

I couldn't believe that all those were hooked rugs...omgosh the detail in them. AMAZING.

  7. Don't you just hate camera trauma....so frustrating....I dropped my Flip cam when I was on vacation in Maine last summer and lost everything I had. Oh well, I'll always have the memories in my head.
Thanks for sharing all the rugs from the show....what great eye candy!
