It was suggested to bring the first rug you hooked to the Tipp City hook in.  I am just amazed that these are all first time rugs.  (No, I did not bring mine.  Thankfully I did not because I would have been totally embarrassed!!!)

Enjoy the show 😉

Are you as impressed as I was?

Thanks so much for stopping by.
Pug hugs 😊

  1. My very first project was the same mitten that Jo hooked. It was my practice and learning piece. Sadly I don't have mine as a gal and I were to exchange our first projects ~ I gave her mine and she never gave me hers. Oh well, such is life.

  2. No way these were all first timers. Puts me to shame for sure. Janice

  4. They are all gorgeous, I particularly like the bird and flowers by Jill Hicks and the one that looks like a welcome door mat. Clever people.

  5. VERY impressed...But I'm not certain if I am more impressed with the actual skillfulness represented or with the fact that the majority actually knew the year they hooked it. I don't know that I would even be able to narrow down a decade. And, like you, I'd be loathe to show anyone my first project. It certainly wasn't a fraction as ambitious as these. ~Robin~

  6. Wow! I did a larger rug for my first project and it is so heavy I packed so much wool in it lol.
