LOL! The samplers with many small motifs are so much more enjoyable to do than big solid areas. You're making me want to np one of those Pat Cross pups! :-) Love how the horse rug is coming along!!! I recently read (somewhere) that solid color wools show every loop clearly... I've since stopped using solids... LOL! Thanks for sharing all your creative updates! You're inspiring me to stop my housework for today and sit and stitch/hook instead! LOL! :-)moosecrafthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15309739222008330155noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4378251841712950681.post-45220880114633112072010-08-31T21:42:47.847-04:002010-08-31T21:42:47.847-04:00I love the cross stitch. I know what you me...Love all your projects Lauren. I know what you mean about fill-in - it always seems like it lasts forever, but your Angel is looking great. Love your rugs too and your loops look all the same to me, but I do agree on changing out the wool. I think that I need to get back to this and have you give me lessons. I thought my loops were terrible, but I know it comes with practice. I think yours are perfect.

Your birddog rug looks like it would be a fun one to do and kind of looks like our new puppy (if it was apricot color).Debhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00792171420098351093noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4378251841712950681.post-88413938139306984822010-08-31T20:12:09.814-04:002010-08-31T20:12:09.814-04:00You have lots of great projects on the go. Looks like our heat wave will end Friday night as hurricane Earl is still barreling right towards us. I guess tomorrow I should shop for necessities. I am still hoping it might change course.Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04738934059756079283noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4378251841712950681.post-45873787693228364492010-08-31T19:57:42.905-04:002010-08-31T19:57:42.905-04:00love your angels.
