Rebekah Class ~

Yesterday was the day.  Rebekah L. Smith class day.  Wooly Thistles Table Runner day.

Rebekah ~

Some of the class ~

The project  ~

Lots of detail pictures to help me with my stitching.

My accomplishment . . . lol.  I got all my pieces cut out and pinned to the linen.  I could have started stitching, but didn't.

Rebekah brought all the models from her book.  What fun to see them up close and personal.  They are SO MUCH better in person.

Originally I had planned to take this along on vacation to work on.  Since I don't do much applique, I decided I'd better leave it for when at get home since it will take much concentration.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
Have a glorious 4th.
Pug hugs :)
Lauren

Oh my, Lauren... this is so beautiful. I just love this. I hope you have loads of fun working on this project.
I think you're right to take it home to do the stitching so you can concentrate on doing a good job. It will be so worth it.

Happy 4th of July. I can't believe it's the 3rd tomorrow.
Hugs & smiles.

I spy a little blonde in one of your pictures....Glad to hear you both had a great class! One of these years I'll be able to take a class...but she'll probably never come to Michigan. That is a beautiful applique!

What a wonderful opportunity ... attending one of Rebekah's classes. The pictures are all beautiful and looks like they will be very helpful. Eager to watch your WIP for this applique when you get back.
Keep safe. Enjoy your vacation.
