Flag Day ~

Happy Flag Day, dear friends.  I am trying to comprehend the evil that has taken place in Orlando and like most of you, I just cannot.  My heart aches for the families of the victims.  Please keep them in your prayers.  May God Bless this Land that I so dearly love.

I am battling the worms (and narrow pieces of wool)  and at the moment, the they are winning.  Had I realized how many I had, I would not have tried to sort them on the couch.  I still have one huge baggie full and another basket.  I guess it's been a while since I sorted :)

I dreaded going in the one basket because I knew I would find one of Ellie's bones.  She loved to bury them there.  I found not one but three in the first basket and in the next one found a pizza crust.  Oh, she was a funny dog.

Bone Ellie stole from my granddog :)

Thanks so much for stopping by.
Pug hugs :)
Lauren

You do have your hands full. what a sweet thing to find and to know she was so happy with you. What is going on in this world. I am so very sad about what happened in Orlando how can one person have so much hate?

Sadly there are some sickos in this world. My heart aches when I think of Ellie not being with you any longer.

The worm separation is a hard job and I'm mixing mine up again working on Ned.....unfortunately.

Three bones and a pizza crust. Sounds like a good title to a short story about Ellie. Love that pic of her with the mammoth bone.

I like Marly's idea for a story about ellie. It was a bittersweet find for sure, but maybe Ellie's way of thanking you for giving her a loving home and showing you she is still with you in your heart, as I have no doubt she is. ...jan

What a lot of worms!! They do multiply!! I try and use up mine on projects and the bags never get any smaller. I don't know how it happens. That is a very cute picture of Ellie.
Have a nice Thursday!

Sometimes I am tempted to just donate my worms, but I never can bring myself to do it. I will gladly send mine for you to sort if you need something more to do. Sweet memories of little Ellie.
