More Crack ~

My Betsy wool arrived today.  Gorgeous as always!  I tried to be conservative but it's so hard.

Took a little road trip to the antique mall in Medina.  Got a really good deal on vintage silverplate/flatware.  There are a couple other antique malls nearby, but I decided to get home and get something done.  Well, I came home but really haven't gotten anything done . . . sigh.

Today would have been my mom's 94th birthday. Miss you, mom :(

At age 20
Beautiful at age 87

Thanks so much for stopping by.
Pug hugs :)
Lauren

Your mom was a beautiful lady.

It is hard when a birthday or anniversary rolls around. No matter how old we are we miss our moms.

I see you have a serious addiction. Oh how I
s'd love to run my fingers through that wool. I LOVE that second piece of wool. In my mind I'm running my fingers on it. I'm coveting...

I'm glad that you got away for a bit. That's a nice bunch of silverware.

That's a nice picture of your mom.
I know what you mean about missing your mom, I miss mine too but I take comfort that she isn't suffering anymore and is entertaining the angels up there.

Big HUGS,
JB

Yes, your mom was beautiful at 20 and 87.

Hey, as hard as you've worked all week you deserve a break from doing any kind of work and enjoy the thrill of the hunt at the antique mall and propping up your feet at home for the evening.

Trying to control my bout of wool envy! So glad you found some goodies at the antique mall...that sounds like fun....Ann and I have been planning a day of antique shopping if the weather ever improves.

I know you miss your mother...my dad has been gone for nearly 17 years and I still miss him.

Hugs, Linda

Lovely goodies and I bet you do miss your Mom. She looked wonderful at every age. She doesn't look at all like she was 87.
