Sneak Peak ~

Just a little peak at a few of the items I will have for your viewing pleasure at the Harvest of the Mill show in Holly, MI, on Saturday.  If you attend, please stop by and say hi.

These sewing pockets are to die for wonderful. These beauties are from Melinda of Merry Wind Farm.  Some are made with reproduction cross stitch samplers . . .

. . . while some are made with vintage quilt blocks.

I've also got a couple of her reproduction cross stitch samplers.  They are big, they are beautiful and they are stitched on 32 or 35 count linen. You have to see them in person to appreciate their beauty.

Here are just a few of the things hand made by Sherry (from Sherry's Heart).  She has some really cool hooked pieces . . .

. . . and wonderful punch needle.  This JOL is hooked with Valdani pearl cotton and attached to a fabric covered box that is very muted in person.

Last but certainly not least are these fun bracelets from vintage buttons made by dear friend Dolly .  There are bracelets for dog and cat lovers and plain ones, too.  The best part ~ 100% of the sales go to benefit Ohio Pug Rescue!!!

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I probably won't post again before the show.  Wish me luck.  The weather sounds like it will be perfect.  Hopefully when it is all over, I'll have time to visit everyone's blogs.
Pug hugs :)
Lauren

Dang-nabbit! It's time like these when I wish my parents had stayed in Ohio instead of escaping the snow by moving to Florida. Although the snow would not do me any good, having all these talented fiber artists around would be heaven!
Have a great show!

Always something I look forward to every year. One day I hope to make it there myself. I agree with you about where did the summer go - gees - wake up one day and it's September.
