Happy Mother's Day ~ ~ ~

Happy Mother's Day to everyone! I hope your day is spent in the way that makes you the happiest.
Here on Ohio's north coast, the weather is abominable. We've had high winds since yesterday, and last night we had some of the worst hail I've ever seen. No yard work for me! {Oh, darn!}
To brighten the day, I'll share a few blooms from my yard.
My little wisteria ~ blooming for the first time ever ;-)
Lily of the Valley ~ spreading everywhere.
Azalea ~ This bush was here when I bought the house 10 years ago. I have very little luck with them and have planted and killed at least a half dozen plants since.
This picture does not do the color of the bleeding hearts justice.
I have these in white and purple and the name escapes me.
My first iris of the season.
Thank you so much for stopping by and please come again.
Pug hugs :)
Lauren

Happy Mother's Day to you too, Lauren. We've had those high winds and a ton of rain up here too! It's really crazy weather. The pictures of all your flowers are just beautiful. I barely have anything coming up here yet.

Lauren, your flowers look wonderful, the Wisteria makes me really want some good weather, I agree the hail last night was big and loud! We had more about an hr. ago, as for the Iris' how great that yours are blooming, mine are only thinking about it, guess that hour from your house to mine really makes a difference, so thanks for sharing. Hope you and your mom have a terrific Mothers day. Same for everyone else.

I love the close-up of the delicate little lillies of the valley.
We are having yucky weather too- cold and windy. No hail!
Have a happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day, Lauren! Beautiful flowers for sure! We didn't have the bad weather you guys did up north ~ so glad! But your flowers survived nicely! I, too, have a wisteria plant ~ but mine never blooms. Sonny even chopped it off to the ground one year and it's back ~ in all it's greenery!!!!!! Have a good day!
